The thing about Obamacare is that it doesn't really kick in till 2014. So, in 2013, I'm still dealing with the weird, weird, impossible old system.

I finally found almost exactly what I need: a memoir of an Austrian soldier on the Eastern front in World War One. Better would have been a Russian soldier, but this fellow's memories are completely apposite. Mucked up some stuff about how long a person stays in a trench, got the military organization kind of muddied and it needs to be clarified, well, it'll still be muddy but in the ways that I mean for it to be muddy instead of ways that I don't that might get in the way of a reader accepting the scenes, didn't deal with a thing I wanted to have dealt ( Read more... )
